form IMM 5768 how to sign the form

Hello guys,
cic have requested the imm 5768 - financial evaluation for parents and grandparents - I not able to sign electronically into the form, Is it fine if I print the form and sign with pen then Scan it with pdf and send it with secure mail they have included in the email . please guide me or if there is another right way to do it then let me that as well. Please and thanks.

You can fill up sign and save with Firefox and then save as .PDF, or you might print, sign, scan and upload as well. Just remember your e-sign has to be as it shown in your passport
