I have some doubts when filling my forms. Please help me.
1) Question 10 in form IMM 0008: current country of residence. Could I put the "From" box is the date I will come back France (Aug 28, 2014) or the date I first arrived at France (Feb 16, 2014).
which date should I put on "To" box?
I'm studying master in france. My visa is valid from Feb 03,2014 to Dec 03, 2014.
- Feb 16, 2014:I landed in France .
- Jul 30, 2014: I came back to home country.
- Aug 28, 2014: I will return France.
- I will extend my visa permission for more 1 year after I return France.
2) In form IMM5669E (Schedule A Background-Declaration)
- question 9, 10 (membership or association with organizations). I put 5 "NONE" in column of Name of Organization.
- question 11 Military service. I put "NONE" in the box "Name of country" and 5 "NONE" in column "branch of service, unit numbers...."
3) In form IMM5406E (additional family information):
Section B (CHILDREN). Because I don't have child, I put 5 "Not applicable" in column "name".
4) In form IMM 5562E (Supplementary Information Your travels)
Section c, d. Because I don't have child, I put "Not applicable" in the box given name, and don't check the box "did not travel"
Do you think they are all correct? Please help me out.
