It did that to me too! You just have to update the version of the Adobe Player and it should work!micbc said:

If you're working on the form on an Apple Mac actually need to use an older version of Adobe, the most recent version will not display the barcode.

And I couldn't get it to work on a Mac anyway. I was sitting in Brazil with 12 people surrounding me yelling at me in Portuguese. I finally tried a PC and it worked fine.
