Form IMM 0008 wont complete with no dependents

Hi. Im filling out the form IMM 0008 and as of right we have no dependents. I am a Canadian citizen and I am sponsoring my husband for PR. WE have no children so no dependents. he has to mark he is married and then list our wedding date and my name but it wont let the form be completed. What are we missing?
