Form Completion For Canada PR Express Entry

I have 2 questions as below,

1) In Education History, do I have to specify my 10th and 12th studies as well or I can just specify my bachelor degree?

2) For Question "Has XXXXXX XXXXXXX been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?",

what should I select, my previous application "Exxxxxxxx", was cancelled as incomplete.

1. Just Bachelors is fine, as they ask for Post-secondary education only.
2. Your should answer ‘No’ as just entering the pool does not mean acceptance of an application by IRCC. Only when you apply (+pay) and get an acknowledgement of receipt from IRCC, is your application considered ‘received’ by IRCC.

I have paid the fees and afterwards they rejected the application as incomplete documentation.
