hi members, I received my oath date for October 4th this year. Reading through the email, it is mentioned that you will need to sign the document OATH OR AFFIRMATION OF CITIZENSHIP and that the completed form should include 2 signatures beside “Signature of applicant”, so my question is do I need to sign it 3 times including in the bottom box that says citizenship judge below it?
