If your application is at CIO wait for the AOR and then inform because there is no way to intimate them. If you have got your 1st AOr and about to submit full docs then first of all inform CHC ASAP by email [Case specific enquiry]. They will reply you within 15 days.
In the mean time apply for baby's Birth Certificate, Passport.
You need to send notarized copy of BC.
Copy of Baby passport.
Update the required forms.
4 photographs of baby [cic specification]
150 cad$ fees [you can pay by DD or by credit card].
Cover letter that you have added baby in your application and updated above docs.
