Form A signature confusion

Hello dearer,
i submitted application in june 17 as principal applicant after receiving confirmation the have asked me to fill form A 5669 and also asked for police clearance certificate.Please guide me which signature should be done by me at the bottom of Schedule A 5669 because im confused signature on my Marriage contract are different from signature on my passport and National id card, which i have sent.

Hi . im june applicant too . just wonder that why dont you fill out the online form which easier and no signature requiment there .

I think you do still have to print and wet signature even if submitting online.

No you don't.

Look at the very last line of wording immediately above the 'signature' box on the last page. It says 'I agree that by typing name, I am electronically signing my application'

So all you need to do is type your name in the 'signature' box (and date it of course) then submit / upload electronically as a PDF.
