Have a question and hope someone knows the answer. A friend of mine filed through Santo Domingo for her Husband and he got the call for PPR this morning. They said that they were sending him a form to sign called "Itinerary A or Form A". I googled this and also looked on the CIC website. I can't find it anywhere. So I thought I'd look around on here but I've never seen anyone ask about it. Does anyone know what it is?
