I’m currently visiting (outside Canada/Quebec) my husband for a few months whom I’m sponsoring. During this time I’ve received the letter of approval from IRCC. Now I need to submit the forms for Quebec selection. I wanted to know if I need to fill out the form A-0539 as I’m not really living outside Quebec I’m only visiting? And I will be sending out these forms from here.
