I am a refugee claimant. I have received my Refugee Claimant ID/Document. I need to apply for open work permit and I have confusion in some of the sections/questions asked in Form IMM5710e.
Question 1: COMING INTO CANADA
2-a) The original purpose for coming to Canada.
Should I write "Why I actually applied for my visitor visa" OR simply write "Refugee Claimant".
4) If applicable, provide the document number of the most recent Visitor Record, Study Permit, WOrk Permit or Temporary Resident Permit issued to you.
I have written Document Number which was written on my Visit Visa pasted on passport. Is this correct?
Question 2: DETAILS OF INTENDED EMPLOYMENT
I have mentioned that I am applying for Open Work Permit and I know I don't need to answer question # 2,3,4,6, and 7.
I have confusion in Question number 5 that is DURATION of expected employment.

What should I write in from and To portion keeping in mind that I have Refugee document valid for 2 years.
Question 3: I am applying online. Should I just write my name in the area of Signature ?
