I am trying to fill the background details form and was wondering to mention multiple things at one tim, like I was working and studying at the same time or working 2 jobs at the same time .
Does anyone have a format ? Like an excel file as a template?

Items in the background declaration form can overlap each other. List whatever you were doing and don't
leave anything out.
