Hi guys, about the form 5562, I would like to know how did you do this form!

Did you fill only your trips or did you fill the time that you were working as well?

Somebody told me that I need to put everything, for example, If I travel en 2014 for 6 days and my next trip is en 2015 between this lines I should write that I was working in Canada, is that correct?

My personal experience; I filled in every little detail. Including my 2 days trip to Amesterdam.

This month I went to the USA border to get my new work permit, should I put this like a trip? I was checking my passport and I didnt get a USA stamp because I didnt cross to USA but I got a Canadian stamp from that day, so I think this is my last entry in Canada but I dont know if I should get this like a trip

In this case, in the form IMM008 there is a question, date and place of your last entry to Canada, should I write that day? I am a bit confused about this

If you got a stamp on your passport from Canada side, yes then that is your last point of entry. Explain in one line that you did that to get your work permit.
