E Efording Newbie Jun 20, 2023 2 0 Jun 20, 2023 #1 I’ve filled out the form and tried every way to “print to pdf” but it just keeps telling me it can’t because it’s an encrypted file. And it won’t let me type it in. What do I do?? Do I print, sign, scan, and upload? Do I upload it unsigned?
