This PR process is making me feel a little daft.
I am a Canadian citizen sponsoring my new Thai wife who is still in Thailand.
Anyways I am up to the 5406 form.
1. In section A and C am I correct that only the names of her family need to be in Thai and English? Their addresses can be written only in English?
2. This might sound stupid but does my wife need to do the same (Thai equivalent and English)for my name(her spouse)in section A and my children(her step-children)in section B?
3.In section C there is not enough room to include her 5 siblings. Can we just use a second 5406 form and use only the 2 needed spaces from section C? Would it be better to add the other 2 siblings on a separate blank sheet and list the 6 points of information asked for in a vertical list like this?
1. Name
2.Marital Status
3.Birth date
4.Country of birth
5 Address
6. Email
If not what is the method you would advise.
Thanks for any forthcoming help.
Cheers
