I want to know that about Additional family information, my check list showing bellow:


Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) - You and each of your family members 18 years of age or older must complete their own copy of this form.
Note: If you are a Pakistani national, this form must also be completed by your male family members 15 years of age or older.

my question is that i have no kids now so in this form i have to put my brother and sister, father and mother detail right? and they have to fill there detail or what?

It's pretty straight-forward form. Put names of your Mother, Father, sisters, brothers, their dates of birth, Places of birth, whether they are married or single, and their addresses where they live.

In Section B and D put your signature and date.

You fill it out yourself. They don't have to fill it out or sign anything. Just make sure to sign under dependants that you have none.

I am just beginning the PR Visa process. I am the sponsor and my spouse(The PA) is Thai and living in Thailand. I am currently working on the 5406 form and have hit a bit of a snag. I need to list the addresses of my future in laws but all these are in Thai language. Do I need to get these translated? Should I email my spouse the applicable page of the 5406 form and have her fill these in freehand in Thai language, then scan and email back to me? Thanks for any help.
