Form 5406, 5669, 0008.

Hello everyone again,
Before I ask question, I wish to say, I married in China , I am Canadian. My wife got one child from previous marriage, he is 20 years boy studding in china and not wishing to come to Canada,. Me and my wife, we work on the application forms. First, the IMM 5406, must be done by my wife as the Principal Applicant but also it must be done a separate copy by her son, ok. How it can be done correctly without modifying the Relationship in section A, ? NO reference there as a dependant, or child. Also do I need to do the same form as a sponsor living in Canada?,

Your son is an "applicant" for IMM5406. The sponsor does not fill a copy of IMM5406.

Ok, I am the sponsor, living in Canada, ok so I do not need to do this IMM 5406, got it, but my wife living in China as the Principal Applicant must do it. Then the son is suddenly here Applicant and his mother here is my spouse ,, oh it is something.
Does my Spouse's parents in China need to do the IMM5406, ? if not who is the Mother and Father?
In the instructions says ,
1:The Principal Applicant must,
2:Your spouse or common law partner must.
3:Your dependent children must,
If this is speaking to my wife in China who is the #2: your spouse or common,,,, ? me?

Please help.

Your spouse's parents do not need to do a form as they are neither the principal applicant or dependants. When this form is completed, it is from the perspective of the person filling it in. The person filling it in is always the "applicant" in Section A. The rest of the information is in relation to the person filling out the form. So, his "mother" in the form is your spouse. His "father" would be from the previous marriage, etc.

Section A,
My wife will write, in first line; Her name/ Applicant/ and her data, all in the same line and nothing else in the Section A.
and NO signatures because she is married to me,, correct?
Her son in another form;
Section A,
The son will write, in first line; His name/ Applicant/and his data all in the same line nothing else in the Section A,
He must sign it because he is not married?
If so, the rest is obvious, it relates to who fills out the form.

Not quite.. For your wife's form.

Your wife is in line 1.
You are in line 2.
Her mother in line 3.
Her father in line 4.

For your son's form.

Him in line 1.
Nothing in line 2.
Your wife in line 3.
His father in line 4.
He signs the declaration.

The IMM5669, is the same idea ? it is all data for each, I mean, The principal applicant and The Dependent, on two different forms done separately by both of them?
and Lastly, please tell me, The IMM 0008 it is only my wife will do it but she must add the dependant (her son) in the form?
if so the IMM0008 DEP does not need to be done?
