Hi everyone, I am currently completing an outland application for my American spouse.
I am currently filling out form 1344E and am stuck on the Sponsor Residency Declaration section.
For the question 'Are you a Canadian living exclusively outside Canada" I said NO because I am currently living in the US on a temporary work permit. I filled in my Canadian address under the residential address section of the application.
For question 4 under Sponsorship eligibility, "Do you reside in Canada and in no other country" I said Yes but now I am inclined to say No because as of this application I do live in the US right now but it is not permanent. Matter of fact, I will be back in Canada permanently in three months.
I do feel these questions are a bit tricky because I actively maintain a residential address in Canada but I am not physically in Canada at the time of this application. The guide isn't very clear. If anyone can tell me the best way to answer the question, that would be extremely helpful.
Thanks in advance.
