Forgot to mention study visa refused 7 years ago but sent a webform as soon as we realised

Hello,
I recently applied for a LIMA exempt work permit and applied an open work permit for my spouse. In the biometric information step we saw on the IRCC portal that my husband's biometric was recorded in 2017. He applied for a study visa that was refused through an immigration consultant and therefore didn't have UCI etc from that past application. We forgot this and did not mention this previous application in our current visa application. As soon as we realised I sent a webform to IRCC with this information and the old refusal letter.
Would it be okay? Kindly guide.

You should be fine since you sent the web form. Make sure you have declared all past refusals, not just those from Canada.
