Forgot to keep WES form along with Transcript of marks. What should i do?

Hi Guys,

My university didn't keep WES Academic Records Request form along with my B.Tech transcript. And they have sent it to WES today through FedEx. What should I do? Please suggest..

Nothing. That form isn't required to be sent to WES.

Are you sure..? It is written in that form that we have to keep the transcript along with that WES form. I am bit tensed..

Of course I'm sure and others have confirmed this as well.

Academic request form is to facilitate your communication with your University (if you aren't there to do it in person). It outlives it's purpose once the University issues transcripts either to you or directly to WES.

Thanks brother! My friend in India is trying to contact the courier service to block the transit till I get some kind of confirmation on this. Should I wait for contacting WES and get their opinion?
