Forgot to include 1-day work in Canada :(

Hi,
I have made an honest mistake in my application. I was searching for jobs with an employment agency at that time and I have had a one-day assignment with them. It was just for one day and it's been over 3 years not, so I completely forgot about it It's been over 1 month from the AOR and I am in IP2 now and completely mortified((

Should I raise the CSE? I am afraid of how it is going to turn out... Will they reject my application immediately when they receive the CSE? Or there are chances that they will let it slide? Plese, please give your opinions on it...

Will they know about it ? Have you mentioned it anywhere else in the application or is this period missing in your personal activity in history ? Is this one day going to impact your CRS scores and make you ineligible for the Express Entry ?
