I didn't disclose my past uk visa refusal due to misunderstanding of refusal and rejection. I got the the refusal letter heading Refusal of entry clearence and i never travelled to uk so i thought it was not visa refusal. But now my wife got PR INVITATION and filing spouse not accompany,new immigration consultant told me that it is a visa refusal that old consultant didnt do. So i am in a difficult situation now because i didn't disclose it in the time of SOWP AND ITS EXTENSION. But i am ready to disclose that now because it is just a entry of clearence refusal of my study i applied on. So what is other suggestion. Please i am in stressful situation now.

No sir,its not intentionally, the consultant on that time told me its refusal not rejection. I i never travel to uk or i didn't get any refusal from the airport. And i am ready to disclose it now because my new immigration consultant told me you have to do that. So i just want to know any similar cases and results
