Hi We applied second time visitor visa application from USA and within one month my inlaws got passport request. We sent passport to NYC vac office and after 2 days we got to know that we need to pay transmission fees. Anyone have idea what to do ?. We called and sent an email but standard response. Should I wait for their response? or any other way to pay transmission fees?. Please guide me on this. Thanks in adavance.
