I was asked by Kompass to upload mycic file nr. I already got my POE letter. Unfortunately i forgot one of my security questions. When uploading MYCIC file nr i need to provide all 3. I already wrote a letter through Kompass to them with mycic nr just in case. Did anyone have the same problem and how did you solve it?
