Foreign worker stream

Hi Guys,

I hope you are doing well. I just have few questions regarding the oinp foreign worker stream.
So, I’m currently in Canada with the working holiday work permit and I’m planning to stay longer by applying the young professional close work permit. Just wanted to ask is the requirement for this work permit is to find an employer who will provide job offer and later employer form.
Unfortunately, I have tried a lot to find employers but I’m not getting any positive outcome.
Is the anyone who is juggling with the same situation. Any suggestions whom should I contact (any LEGAL lawyer who provides job opportunities with the above requirements)

and last question is the requirement of job letter or job form from the employer? Thank you

It is difficult to find employers willing to get involved in immigration partially because many industries in Canada have enough workers. If you have rare skillsets, work in a region struggling to attract workers, in a field which is difficult to attract Canadian workers, etc. it can be easier to find employers willing and often needing to consider immigration to secure workers.

I do understand your point however there might be some employers who can provide employer form if I approach them with proper manner. However it’s tough. Is there anyone else whose facing some issues.?
