I recently got invitation from ONIP foreign Worker Stream, for the median wage level for my NOC is more than what i am getting paid would that be an issue for my application?

No, on the contrary, they will have to pay what is in their noc, so increase it. In my case, I earned more and had to lower it to the noc.
My process went quickly but it stopped at the dip, 30 days have passed and nothing in total is already 95 days old
