Foreign worker filing for a divorce

Im a doreign worker for one year and two months now here in B.C. Im still married in the Philippines but living separately before i came here. I am in a relationship right now to a canadian guy. Is anyone here knows how much is the fee for filing a divorce here in British Columbia? thanks!

I know you can file for a divorce In canada but since you've been married in the Philippines.. your divorce is not valid unless you are now a canadian citizen

Go to the nearest family court in your place and ask. In Toronto it is around 700 CAD uncontested.
