Foreign work experience

Trying to calculate my points prospectively but unsure on 'foreign work experience' in transferability factors.....
1. Does it have to be in the same NOC code as your Canadian work exp? Or anything in NOC 0/A/B?
2. What is needed to prove foreign work experience?
3. Can self-employed work be used?
If someone just wants to direct me to the page this info can be found on the CIC website that would be great, I just can't find it....

No, any skilled work experience.

2. What is needed to prove foreign work experience?
Letters of reference and supporting documents. See "Proof of work experience."

Yes, if it is foreign work experience. No if it is Canadian work experience. See the above link for how to document self-employment experience.
