I have a question regarding foreign work experience.

I am Korean and I served Korean Army for 2 years. Do you guys know if this can be considered as foreign work experience?

Yes, I believe so. As long as you can map your roles and responsibilities to a specific NOC. But there is also a specific question on whether you have served any government or part of defense etc..as part of statutory questions. You would need to answer 'Yes' there.
