There are several different ways. Sometimes they look for information online, sometime they will call your employer, sometimes they will even do an in person visit (this is rare).

I am in canada and I have claim my experience from India so you are saying someone from immigration goes to india ??

IRCC has a visa office in India. No one from Canada would need to travel there.

Again, on site visits are very rare. Normally verification is online or though calls.
