Foreign work experience - Other than eligible ones

Hi All,

Is it mandatory to show ALL work experiences while applying for Canada PR, whether relevant or not?

For example, I have 6 years of IT experience which I want to show. But I also have Government service work experience which is NOT relevant. Do I have to show the 2nd job as well for work experience?
