Foreign work experience letter says 11 months even though I worked more.

Hello house,
My employer provided me a reference letter for my foreign work experience and stated i worked from September 15, 2014 to August 20, 2015. This makes 11 months, Can i get a notarized letter from ex colleagues stating I was on the job prior to September 2014. And also bank statements showing I was being paid by same employer before same September 2014. Will these suffice for me to claim one year foreign work experience.

Wouldn't it be easier to ask your employer to correct the letter? Before you have to gather a whole bunch of supporting evidence to cover the gap?

Thanks, trust me i did, the most i can push for is them removing the days and just leave as September 2014 to August 2015. Which can count as 12 months. Still if cic called wont they reply yes he was a staff but for 11 months?

show ur employer ur salary slips of next month. IF he still says so capture email response of hjios and bank statement to share with IRCC. Don't hide this as if IRCC checks with that and employers says this that u are having 11 months u might get banned etc for 5years. So highlight this issue in LoE i feel to avoid being blaimed for hinding information

Payslips is not a common item in my home country. I will ask for it nonetheless. And am in the process of getting all my old bank statements. Also i pleaded with my former supervisor for any form of letter stating i was working fulltime prior to September 2014. The informatio. You have shared is really helpful. I will provide cic as many documents as I can gather.
