Foreign work experience letter issue

Suggestions please!

My ITA is under CEC and I have a query about my out of country work experience I claimed for 1 year. For this work experience which is out of canada, all employment letters I have is the offer letter and exit letter only which doesn't have roles and responsibilities listed, and hours per week information corresponding to my title as well. However, I do have paystubs for whole year. But, I am not having any more contacts in the company there (because it has been taken over by other company so even name has been changed).

Can anyone please suggest what should I do in this case? Should I write a letter of explanation?

in that case if you really cannot contact or get anything out of that company then include all of that you have already and if you can then attach copy of email them denying your appeal of providing you with reference letter/other documents , mention all of this specifically in LOE and thats it, leave rest to CIC.
