Foreign Work Experience . Help

I have question on Foreign work experience for express entry and Ontario PNP .

NOC Code 2174 (Job Title : Systems Programmer) for both works.

Company A : March 29 2010 to January 7 , 2013.
Company B : March 12 1018 to June 29 , 2018 .

Did Masters in Information Systems 2015 , Claiming points for it as Highest education.

Is it okay to be count it as 3+ years or more " of experience.

you can claim 1003 years of experience. good luck getting the reference letter.
