Foreign work experiance query

Hi All,
I am from India and have work experiance of 3 years in india

I have work experiance of 2.5 years in one company and 6 months in another company, so will it be considered as 3 years of experiance to get the maximum points or still will it be considered as 2 years experiance only

Hi,

Sorry I'm unsure. But if you fill up your EE profile, the system will automatically calculate your score, then you will see whether it is rated as 3 yr experience or 2 yr experience. Best luck!

If these are NOC 0/A/B jobs, within the last 10 years, salaried, at least 30 hours/week and you can get valid reference letters for these jobs, Yes.

That brings out another question. If I have 1 year continuos experience outside canada I will be qualified for EE under FSW. That would make me eligible for EE. What if I add 1 year, 6 months continuos foreign experience plus 6 months canadian experience all within 10 year then wud the system giver points for 2 yrs of foreign work or just 1 year?

No.

The system treats experience gained inside Canada differently from experience gained outside Canada. It won't club those together. You'll get no credit for less than 1 year of CWE.
