I have come into Canada on study permit, now I have received job offer but employer cant employ me because I am a full time student.

Can I apply for work permit and then register part time studies instead of current full time status? so i will be working with work permit and studying with study permit at the same time.

1. The employer would have to obtain an LMO before you could apply for a work permit, and since the work must be full time, and if a work permit is issued, it will state that no studies are authorized.

I study on a per semester basis; so I intend to register part time hence forth till I complete my program. Can I take up full time employment & part time studies? I had previously studied one semester full time.
