Hi everyone - I'm new to the forum so apologies if this has already been discussed somewhere else.
I have a quick question regarding Foreign Skilled Work Experience...
When completing the Express Entry profile for the FSW program, how much work experience should I actually add....?
I have had the same job since January 2016 (a job which falls under the relevant 'skilled' category) and I can provide a good, complete reference letter for this which sets out employment contract/skills, etc. I will obviously list this under work experience (with the relevant NOC) in my profile.
Would you recommend that, in my EE profile and then in my application, I also list other previous jobs under work experience (meaning the need to provide other letters from former employers) or should I just list my current 3.5-year role and mention my other, previous roles within the personal statement?
I guess I'm trying to balance how valuable it is to go further back than 3.5 years of skilled work. I don't think I get extra points for more listed work experience beyond this period? Even if I don't, would it make for a stronger application to include them?
