My father is filling up his visitor visa form; then comes the question of his residence status in our current country.
There are two potential answers for this, both which i am unsure of: Foreign National and Worker
When I filled MY student permit, I selected Foreign National; but that is technically because I don't work, and I am dependent on my father.
My father on the other hand has been working here his entire life, living in our country for 30 years as well. Selecting Worker however demands I insert an END DATE, which isn't really applicable in our case...this makes me doubt it's the right option.
