Hello,
My fiancé is a Permanent Resident with Chinese passport. and I am Korean.
We're going to apply my immigration Outland Canada.
Here are my questions.

1. Must we get a marriage license in both our countries of nationality?
2. Or Must we get a canadian marriage license?

I appreciate your help.

If you are getting married in Canada, you will need a Canadian marriage license. Otherwise, you will need to get a marriage license in the country you're getting married in.

If you are married overseas you may need to have the foreign marriage license legalized by the foreign affairs office and by the Canada consulate in your country.
We had to do this for our marriage in East Europe, it may be different in other places.
