Foreign Divorce valid for sponsorship?

Dear All,
I live in Quebec and became PR in 2017. Married in Bangladesh. Initially my wife was with my PR application but the situation became bad and She was removed from the application. So she was not a PR and I divorced her in 2017. Remarried again in 2019-NOV and now I want to sponsor my 2nd wife.

I need confirmation that my divorce certificate from Bangladesh is valid to sponsor my 2nd wife. Do I need to authorize the divorce in Quebec or in Canada?

Please need your valuable comments.
