Hi - I wanted to know how long does it take for background check to complete if an applicant has some travel history? I am an inland applicant and I went to US for few days and Germany for 5 months.
Looking at the notes, it seems like there hasn't been any activity in the application after the officer reviewed my Germany entry and exit stamps in July 2020. Since then I am waiting for reply from IRCC but there hasn't been anything so far.
So my question - how long does this usually take? I highly doubt Germany would be really slow in providing this information given that things have started to open up. Anyone who has similar background please let me know what you guys think as at this time I can only speculate what's going on.
