IEC General Introduction
United Kingdom
Through the International Experience Canada initiative, young UK citizens may travel and work in Canada for a period of up to one year. This is made possible as the UK government recognizes Canada as a participation country under its Youth Mobility Scheme in which young Canadians can experience life in the UK.
For 2011, 5,000 young UK citizens between the ages of 18 and 30 will be permitted to experience unique travel, life and work experiences in Canada, for up to one year.
N.B.: Canadian citizens wishing to travel and work in the UK may consult the web site of the UK Youth Mobility Scheme.

If you have not already created an e-mail account, now is the time to do so! You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to read the accompanying documents. This software is freely available on the Adobe Website.
