For UAE residents : Name + fathers name in all documents

My name is Shumona Ahmed according to my passport (never changed this) My fathers name is Parvez Ahmed

But because I lived in the middle east (Dubai) all my documents from UAE government lists my name as Shumona Ahmed Parvez Ahmed (My name + adding my Fathers name) as this is middle eastern custom.

So my PCC from Dubai and my university certificate states my name as Shumona Ahmed Parvez Ahmed . (I got another amended certificate of my bachelors degree stating my name as SHUMONA AHMED but couldn't do so for the PCC. But the passport number stated in PCC is mine + my photo ) Is this going to be a problem with my PR application?

Just add this in a Letter of Explanation saying that the naming methodology in Arab countires is so and so .Hence my name appears this as in their data base.
