Pls avoid creating multiple threads for same topic

is this topic already there? I did not noticed. and even if it was there its not on first or second page..so thought of helping others. BTW does it make any difference if help is readily available for those who need it..let it be twice or thrice //at least its good from those long CONGRATS messages which are not only replied but QUOTED..
