If you are travelling to Canada. Plz carry your approval letters (which will contain UCI number) and anything else you need for the immigration in Canada.
Incase your travelling with your children keep there birth certificates with you it maybe asked in UAE or in Canada.
I did not have to encounter it but I have heard from others that Canadian immigration may ask you for the Proof of Funds.
For UAE keep your visa cancellation paper handy(just incase at the airport if they ask)
