Hi,
My case has been preliminary been approved by CIC, NS. I am suppose to send complete application with supporting documents to New Delhi CHC. I need some clarifications on the following Points:

1. Travel Doucuments:
all the members of my family including dependant children have three passports ( One Current and other two expired). The checklist states to include photocopies of all pages. So should I photocopy all the pages of all the passports including current one and expired ones or I need to photocopy all the pages of current passports only.

2 one of my kid is in 12th class and other one in 10th,( Both below 18 years of age). Am i suppose to get any certificate from their school regarding their continuity of studies?

3 I have paid in full the processing fees when I applied to CIC, NS. Now am i suppose to include the Right of Permanent Residence fees when I send the full application to CHC, New Delhi?

Thanks in advance

Hi Parnit,
1. You will be all safe if you photocopy all passports and properly tag them. What I personally feel is to only send the current passport photocopy. Let seniors reply.
2. No need for certificate. You can send the transcripts.
3. Dont send Right of Permanent fees until they request you.
Good luck.

Ok but kindly clarify, whether I should photocopy all the pages of current passport along with photocopy of the first and last page of expired passports will suffice or each and every page of all the expired passports is to be included.

As per New Delhi visa office instructions :
Passports or travel documents for you, your spouse or common-law partner and
your dependent children. Include only copies of pages showing the passport
number, date of issue and expiry, your photo, name, date and place of birth.
• If you live in a country different from your nationality, include a photocopy of your
visa for the country where you currently live.
• You must hold a valid regular passport; diplomatic, official, service or public
affairs passports are not valid for immigration to Canada

Add the above mentioned things. If you have visas stamped for other countries then just add those pages only and there is no need to send photocopy of empty pages.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
"As per instuctions Original Transcripts must be in university sealed evelope and yes degree certificate can be notarized. In my case I sent only notarized copies of transcripts and degree."
Narinder does that mean we dont need to have university transcript in sealed envelope?
Please clarify.
Now I am in Australia and my wife is doing a job.
Experience letter has to be in a format which they have mentioned because she has been in a job for last 4 months only so how can they give annual salary ?
More over Indian references also don't mention about salary .
So only experience letter with time frame and designation and duties will do?
what have you sent for that?\
Yeh those letters are obviously on a company letterhead.
Please clarify.
Pls seniors help me pls.

Is this specific to New Delhi? I can recall seeing CHC asked for bio-data pages only, don't see why blank pages would be needed.

yes regarding passport they are asking all pages including blank pages.they want exactly the total number of pages to aviod any malpractice.this may be the idea.
