For those who applied for AINP after October 1st 2009

Hello

Is there any body who have applied there recently. I applied there Oct 1st, the 1st day I was eligible for this program as my H-1 started Oct 1st 2008. I know its a long long black tunnel which we have to cross with no end in sight.

u need to be atleast 1 year on H1B to be eligible for the AINP H1B programme !!!

To clear the confusion, I applied Oct 1st 2009 ( as I said "For those who applied for AINP after October 1st 2009") and my H-1 started Oct 1st 2008 and according to simple Maths thats 1 year.

Well its good application surge is decreasing now , looks like no one applying now.
