Congrats to u all. I am just wondering if the VO sends ppr/ copr and stamped passports via regular or registered mail？if the applicant isn't home to sign the package will it get send back？Thanks.

Each visa office is different. My husband brought his passport in person and it was put into the passport and he was given the COPR the same afternoon. I would think, if u send your passport via mail, send it with an extra prepaid courier bag, and they can just send it back the way u sent it.
