For Study permit wchih one is valid- General or Acadmic

I have already applied for PR waiting so long to get processed. I just wondered that the IELTS score I used for PR can I use for study permit purpose? I mean I have alredy got admission at university its just for Visa do I need acadmic or I am alright to show the general one?

IELTS scores are valid for 2 yrs. if they are still valid in ur case then maybe u can. but i would certainly recommend taking it a second time. nowadays all CHC requires english certs for all cases. Except for study purposes, general will suffice.

The important note you should attention to it is that the General IELTS used for work and immigration but if you want to study in Canada you had to take an Academic Test. two of them (Acadamic&General) after two years willbe invalid
