Hi,
I am going to process migration for quebec. i am having listening 5.0 and speaking 5.0 and French DELF 36/100 marks. I dont know i am eligible or not. I completed evaluation on Quebec govt website, it shows that i am eligible to apply. but still i have doubt. i cant clear my french exam (fail. passing score is 50/100). I have around 6 years exp in IT software and Master in Computer application (part time). i am planing to settle in canada (via quebec) with my family. Consultancy says to apply. if they rejected due to low language ability. Can reply again? please help me...
